Two costs sit outside your sales data: what the giveaway items cost you to acquire, and the hours you put in around the show. Put your real numbers in and watch the answer move.

Where the gap comes from. Your sales data records what sold and what you were charged. It doesn’t capture the hours you spend sourcing, prepping, packing and shipping, and it can’t know what you paid to acquire an item you gave away unless you record that yourself. Add both back and the hourly number usually moves a long way.
